Access to certain areas of our website is restricted to Members. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website at our discretion. Members are issued with a user name and password to access our online learning system it is the responsibility of a member to keep these details confidential and not share with any other individual or group. All activities that take place on our website and/or online learning system are the responsibility of the named member and we may also track IP addresses(Internet Protocol address) to prevent and track fraudulent or unauthorized use of our membership site. Membership details may be suspended/terminated at any time at our sole discretion or if you breach our website regulations or your membership obligations.

Visitors to the website must take all due care to act in an appropriate manner. They must not cause damage to the website/online learning system or take action that might affect their availability. The website/online learning system must not be used in an unlawful, harmful or fraudulent way for any illegal or harmful activity. Users that have access to our forums/chat rooms must behave in an appropriate manner and must not cause harm or distress to other members. Entries to forums/chat rooms must not contain material which is illegal or unlawful or any content that could bring about legal action under any applicable law. E-Interview Preparation will take all reasonable care to avoid such risks but will not be held liable if they do occur.

From time to time E-Interview Preparation will provide links to partner organizations. These links are provided as an added benefit to users of our website. We do not accept any liability for any issue that may arise as a result of a website user accessing or buying products/services from these external websites.

E-Interview Preparation is committed to protecting the privacy of all of its users whether they join our program as Members, subscribe to our newsletter or simply visit our site. Use of the E-Interview Preparation website and online E-learning system signifies your acceptance of our privacy policy.

E-Interview Preparation abides by relevant Data Protection Acts to protect your privacy. We will not give, rent, lease or sell the personal information that you provide to us via our website/online e-learning system to any third party. This information will only be used internally. We may also track IP addresses (Internet protocol address) to prevent and track fraudulent or unauthorized use of our membership site. Exclusions may apply to this policy if we have your permission to share details or if we are required to by law.

E-Interview Preparation reserves the right to use any personal information we collect to notify you of changes to our website/online e-learning system. We may also use this information to keep you informed of special offers and changes to our website services. Under the Data Protection Act you can, at any time, check the information we hold for you and ask to have it changed/amended. To opt out of informational e-mail, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail.

Membership & Refund

Terms for 15 days free Membership if you are Unsuccessful at Interview.
We will be happy to help you prepare for another interview if you are unsuccessful, but you will be required to supply a copy of the company letter stating, the date of interview and that you were unsuccessful. You may use the extra 15 days for one continuous period at a time specified by you, but it must be used within 12 months of initial payment.

Terms for 100% refund
We will be happy to offer a full refund if you are unhappy with the content, decide this type of preparation is not for you or have technical difficulties. Due to the time sensitive nature of this online product to be eligible for a full refund you must logout of the E-interview preparation Virtual Learning Environment within 4 (Four) hours of payment and not log back into the system. Your personal login code logs will be checked to confirm this.
